Subdivision Stage 2

The subdivision plan for Stage 2 has been drafted, but not been lodged yet with Land Services SA. This proposal for three more 10 acre (4 ha) allotments will be lodged on behalf of Louis and Nella Marafioti after allotments of Stage 1 have been sold.

Stage 2 will include a small extension of Tower Road, and buried services for electricity, NBN and drinking water. These services will also be made available to Stage 1 allotments.

Stage 2 will create three 10 acre (4 ha) allotments and modify the end of Tower Road
