After successfully creating and selling four allotments (101 to 104) along Gawler River Road, plans for subdivision of three more allotments have been lodged by Andrew Davidson with Land Services SA on behalf of Louis and Nella Marafioti.

These allotments are numbered 105, 106 and 107. They form Stage 1, and will be available for purchase when and if the subdivision is approved. Soon after, another three allotments will be created to form Stage 2.

Lot 106 is one of three 10 acre (4 ha) allotments in Stage 1 on Tower Road
